The Architecture — Herzog & de Meuron
Jade Signature is the first residential high-rise in the Western Hemisphere by Herzog & de Meuron, the Pritzker Prize–winning Swiss firm behind Tate Modern and the Beijing "Bird's Nest" Olympic Stadium. The 57-story tower tapers and steps as it rises, its structure pulled to the perimeter so residences open to column-free, glass-wrapped living space with deep terraces — a fundamentally different silhouette from the flat slabs that line Collins Avenue.
Interiors & Landscape
Interiors and the amenity spaces were designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon (PYR), the French designer known for the Four Seasons George V in Paris and the Savoy in London, while the celebrated landscape architect Raymond Jungles wrapped the base in lush tropical gardens that carry from the motor court through to the private beach — a rare, resort-grade setting on Sunny Isles Beach.
