The Building

Jade Signature is a 57-story oceanfront condominium at 16901 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, developed by Fortune International Group and completed in 2018. Its sculpted, tapered glass form is the first residential high-rise in the Western Hemisphere by the Pritzker Prize–winning Swiss architects Herzog & de Meuron, set on a private beachfront within lush gardens by Raymond Jungles.
Its roughly 192 residences run from one- to five-bedroom flow-through homes and penthouses — about 1,378 to over 11,600 square feet — with private elevator entries, floor-to-ceiling glass, deep terraces with summer kitchens and direct ocean, bay and skyline views. Interiors are by Pierre-Yves Rochon of PYR.
Residents enjoy roughly 30 amenities across seven levels — a private oceanfront beach club, indoor and outdoor pools, a full spa with hammam and sauna, a fitness center and movement studio, a cinema, a children's club, a wine cellar and cigar room, and 24-hour concierge, valet and security — minutes from Bal Harbour Shops, Aventura and Haulover Park.
